Chapter One: Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study
In today’s competitive business environment, organizations strive to build lasting relationships with their customers to ensure loyalty and retention. Corporate communication strategies are central to maintaining this bond, as they serve as a bridge between the company and its customers. In Sokoto South Local Government Area, Sokoto State, businesses face unique challenges in engaging with customers, especially in an environment where trust and effective communication are crucial for customer retention.
